Chief Financial Officer, AIDI

At AIDI, we are a global company with our roots here in Seattle. As part of our mission to connect the world through the services we provide, we feel a great sense of connectedness with our global partners, as well as with our neighbors here in the Pacific Northwest. We are part of this community.

So, naturally, we feel a strong desire to help during these difficult times. Often, it’s difficult to know how to best help.  What can we do to effectively aid the efforts of workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis who fight this pandemic daily, to keep them safe and to help them save as many lives as possible?

We decided the best way to accomplish this and to do the most good possible, would be to leverage our global presence and put it into action locally. We are fortunate enough to be able to source protective gloves, masks, and protective eyewear, or Personal Protective Equipment packages (PPEs) globally. Once the PPEs arrives, we will donate them to a local hospital.  Whereas normally a cash gift might suffice, in today’s world, we felt that a gift of PPE gear would have a far bigger impact on the lives of Seattle residents and caregivers in our community dealing with the Corona virus.

Together, we will get through this.
